MDY Academy is committed to a respectful, non- discriminatory learning environment.
Use of derogatory language or disrespectful conduct will result in subscription termination with no refund.
Free Version:
No email support offered. Email questions will be answered regarding technical support only.
Premium Version:
Email support is offered. Students can email me questions regarding their homework assignments or any other math questions. I will not offer to answer your homework questions, but will ensure that you get full understanding of the question and will lead you in the right direction until you get the correct answer.
All videos are only for private usage. You are not permitted to use them for commercial purposes, download, sell, or change the videos in any way unless you get the full permission of the instructor. If you are a teacher and want to show these videos to your students, you must get permission from the instructor.
**Refunds will be granted within 30 days if you did not use the video and did not email me to ask any questions.**
In the case of a refund request, you will receive your initial payment minus transaction and administration fees charged by Stripes.
In the past 3 months, none of my registered students has requested a refund.
